Instructions about Parichay Pustika:

1. The Pustika is being publish for the Jain candidates who are:
1. Divorcee (any age) or
2. Widower / Widow (any age) or
3. Above 32 years of age (unmarried and above 32 years of age on or before 20/10/2024)
2. Pustika Donation: ₹600/- per candidate (Non-refundable)

3. Information of all registered Jain candidates shall be disclosed digitally and printed in Pustika. Access to the information app shall be provided only to the registered candidate or any one family member of the candidate at a single point of time on the registered mobile number. Information is not transferable, non-tradable, and cannot be downloaded. It will be available for viewing in JVVPS application/app only.
4. The Sanstha takes utmost care of providing the information filled in by the candidate in the form. Users are requested to validate the data & cross verify authentically on their own. The Sanstha has not investigated the correctness of the information of the Jain candidates.
5. All rights for accepting the forms, displaying the information received, and of Rights to Publish the Booklet are reserved with the Sanstha (JVVPS, Pune).
6. The Sanstha reserves the right to accept or reject the forms.
7. Due to unavoidable circumstances such as constraints to use some apps or else, the Sanstha reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Melava. However, if the Melava is cancelled, the information collected about all the Jain candidates shall be provided by Pustika or other media to the registered Jain candidates. In cases of force majeure JVVPS reserves all the Rights and the decision of the Sanstha shall be binding on all.

Instructions for uploading the online registration form:

1. The form should be uploaded with correct spellings and information. JVVP Sanstha shall not be responsible for the correctness of the information of the Jain candidates.
2. The form cannot be uploaded unless all Mandatory fields in the form are filled up i.e.
1. Candidate’s Full Name, Gender, Birth date, Height, and Mobile Number.
2. Candidate Blood Group, Jain sub-caste, Expectations.
3. Candidate Photograph.
4. Aadhaar Card with Address, Date of Birth and all details.
5. In case of Divorcee candidate, please upload the last page of the court order indicating finalisation of the divorcee.
6. In case of Widower/Widow candidate, please upload the death certificate of spouse.
7. Educational Information.
8. Employment Information.
9. Family Information.
3. The candidate’s expectations from the life partner should be precisely elaborated.
4. The details of the maternal uncle or maternal grandparents are mandatory.
5. Upload the form and Passport size photograph with white Background.
   Forms without a proper photograph (as described above) will not be accepted.
